PRIVATE RESOURCES AND SUPPORT SERVICES

Employees of ACPHS must offer privacy to reporting individuals if they are unable to offer confidentiality to those individuals under the law. Information learned from a reporting individual or bystander to a crime or incident will not be disclosed more than necessary to comply with state and federal laws, including informing appropriate officials of ACPHS.

Administrative (Mandatory) Reporting by Responsible Employees

At ACPHS, Responsible Employees are considered Mandatory Reporters, a group that includes all employees including Resident Assistants. Mandatory reporters are required to report all details of an incident of sexual misconduct, including the identity of the victim and the perpetrator, the date and location of the incident, and details regarding the incident (if known) to the appropriate office for purposes of initiation of an investigation and appropriate action. Responsible Employees are trained to provide information and support and appropriate referrals to confidential or private reporting resources. Responsible Employees are also required to provide Clery Act statistical information and/or information for a timely warning if the circumstances warrant.

The resources listed below are designated as individuals or offices who can provide privacy to reporting individuals. Any information shared with these resources will be reported to the Title IX Official.
